Please allow 60 minutes for the following:

• 30 minutes for child-friendly Mat Pilates experience with Lauren Beeler.
• 10 minutes special reading of new children's "Butterfly Fly" written by Morgan Tyner
• 5 minutes for a brief breathing exercise with Morgan Tyner
• 15 minutes activity from "Butterfly Fly"

BRING: water & ONE yoga mat. You & your 1 child will be on the same mat :)

Please read the below waiver to prepare for your experience:

It is best to dress comfortably and remove any loose clothing or jewelry that may hinder your ability to freely move around during the mat pilates portion.

With respect to my participation in Mat Pilates:

By completing registration for this event, both myself and my child are acknowledging and signing this liability waiver, releasing Lauren E Cannady Beeler from the following:

Facility/Property/Program run by Lauren E. Cannady Beeler, I understand there may be health risks associated with activities requiring physical exertion, including but not limited to, transient dizziness, fainting, nausea, muscle cramping, musculoskeletal injury, sprains and strains, heart attack, stroke or death.

I certify that I am capable of performing physical exercise and acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in an exercise activity offered by Lauren E. Cannady Beeler and using equipment with knowledge of the dangers involved.

I understand that I will be fully responsible for complying with any restrictions prescribed for me by my personal physician. I will review any physician-prescribed personal wellness program with my physician prior to my commencing exercise and will periodically review my status and program with my physician.

I understand that Lauren E. Cannady Beeler is not a medical professional, and has received training in physical activity programming for healthy individuals who do not require exercise in a medically supervised environment. If I experience dizziness, fainting, nausea, muscle cramping, or any other symptoms while exercising, I will discontinue the activity, notify Lauren E. Cannady Beeler and consult my physician.

In consideration for being allowed to participate in the Lauren E. Cannady Beeler, I hereby agree to assume all risk of such exercise, and further agree to hold Lauren E. Cannady Beeler harmless from any and all claims, suits, losses, or related causes of action for damages, including but not limited to, such claims, that may result from any injury or death, accidental or otherwise, during, or arising in any way from Lauren E. Cannady Beeler facility.

By using the facilities, I expressly agree that Lauren E. Cannady Beeler or its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any damages, arising from personal injuries I sustained in, on, or about the facilities, or as a result of my use of the facilities and the equipment herein. This includes the Pilates studios and any exercise activities conducted outside of the facility.

I assume full responsibility for any injuries to myself or damages to my property that may occur in, on, or outside the facilities and further agrees that Lauren E. Cannady Beeler or its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any loss or theft of personal property.In assuming full responsibility for the risk of injuries, damages, or losses that may occur in, on, or outside the facilities, I do hereby fully and forever release and discharge Lauren E. Cannady Beeler or its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or cause of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of my use or intended use of the said facilities and equipment thereof, including but not limited to any claim for negligence alleged against Lauren E. Cannady Beeler or its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns.

This informed Consent and Release of Liability shall be binding upon my heirs, spouse, or other next of kin, executor, administrators, and assigns.

Video and Audio Release: I hereby grant permission to Morgan Tyner / Respira With Morgan of ChicaConfident.com, LLC and Lauren Beeler of Apres Sea, LLC the rights of my image in video or still, and of the likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed, and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein in my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording. I also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings or social media platforms within an unrestricted geographic area.

Attestation of good health:

 By registering for and purchasing this experience, I hereby confirm that I have read and understand the above information and attest that my general health is good to participate.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to attend, please cancel at least 24 HOURS before the event, as a courtesy to others and to avoid forfeiture of payment.
